It is the north pole but as scientists have discovered the north pole has actually been moving. Although by north pole we meen the top the actuall magnetized north pole is always moving

The north pole, not …
The north pole, not the south pole. You can’t walk south of the south pole.
If you walk ten km south of the north pole, then walk east for ten Km, you’ll walk on a circle for ten Km, with the center being at the north pole. When you walk 10 km north, you’ll be in the same spot, facing a different direction.

I find the title ” …
I find the title “Brain Teaser” misleading and inappropriate for this video. I expected something like: the bear is located a distance D from the hunter and walks perpendicular to this initial distance at a constant speed V. The Hunter is walking at a constant speed F>V and always in the direction of the bear. At what time does the hunter catch the bear?

his tent would have to be at the north pole, because if you head south then an equal distance north, its the only way he could end up at the same spot, and the bear is white (polar bear). ( I didnt notice the video response until after I figured this out.)

but nothing in the universe is static! the hunter could not have ended up in the same spot becausethe planet moved, the galaxy moved, the whole universe expanded a bit, so him returning was only relative to the spot on the planet while that point in space-time is far far away! theory of relativity ftw!
