Do you know of any good logic/brain teaser games?
January 31, 2009 – 8:52 pmI'm studying for the LSAT to get into law school, and having some difficulty with the logic/games section. I think that it might be helpful for me to train my brain, if you will, by using various other brain teaser type exercises to practice. Do you know of anything that would help? Do you think that Soduku (spelling?) and mine sweeper would be useful? THANKS!
In a word, YES! Sudoku and other brain teasers are being used for Gerontology patients all over the world to help them maintain mental stability. My 82 year old father, who has Alzheimer's plays all kinds of games and does different puzzles on advise of his doctors.

Sodoku is the best! And it is fun! Doctors who I transcribe for are subcribing the Sodoku puzzles to their patients to strengthen their memory and brain activity.
There is also a game for the Nintendo DS called Brain Age. It has Sodoku and many other logic games.
