Yes, they connect the left side of your brain to your right side. We’re given to think that there’s a gulf between the two sides. On a slightly less sarcastic note, it does seem to work. Well why not. If you go down the gym and do a load of of weight work out on a particular area, then a couple of days later do a similar work out, you’ll find that you can perform a lot better.
The brain is a muscle after all, so if you give your brain a work out everyday, it stands to reason that the brain training games work in the same way. References :
